  1. Yes. All PDFs like prescriptions and sick notes can be downloaded or shared via WhatsApp/email.
  1. You only pay after a Practitioner accepts your request.
  2. Payment is made securely online (via card or EFT).
  1. Yes, upload your medical aid card when submitting a request.
  2. Practitioners will advise if reimbursement is available.
  1. Invoices are automatically stored in My Documents after each paid consultation.
  1. Appointment: You choose a specific doctor and schedule a future time.
  2. Request Now: You need help immediately. All available Practitioners nearby are notified instantly.

  2. Enter your address, choose consultation type (Home, Phone, or Video), and fill in your details.
  3. Click Submit.

  3. You will see a message: “Practitioner Accepted – Waiting for Payment”.

  2. You’ll see a live map showing the doctor’s location and estimated arrival time.

  3. No external link is needed — the session opens within your dashboard.
  1. No. You do not need to install anything — everything happens inside MzansiDoctors.
  2. Just make sure your browser allows camera and microphone access.
  1. Yes. The system works on smartphones and tablets.
  2. Use Safari or Chrome, and allow camera/mic permissions when prompted.
  1. You can use the Chat or Call buttons next to your request.
  2. If needed, contact support via WhatsApp or the help menu on your dashboard.
  1. Go to the Schedule an Appointment section on your dashboard.
  2. Search for a practitioner by name, specialty, or location.
  3. Choose an available date and time slot, then click Book.
  1. Yes. You can select a specific doctor based on their profile, ratings, and available times.
  2. Unlike Request a Doctor Now, appointments are not auto-assigned.
  1. Once booked, the practitioner will receive a notification.
  2. You’ll see the appointment status update to Confirmed inside your dashboard.
  3. You may also receive an email or SMS confirmation.
  1. Yes. Go to your Appointments tab and click Cancel or Reschedule.
  2. Note: Cancellations may only be allowed up to a certain time before the appointment.
  1. You can contact the practitioner using the WhatsApp or Call buttons in your dashboard.
  2. If there’s no response, please contact support for help or a refund.
  1. After you complete payment, your assigned practitioner’s location is shared in real-time.
  2. You can view their live movement on the map, just like Uber.
  3. The map shows distance, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and their travel route.
  1. Click the Track Consult button under Manage Active Requests menu
  2. This opens a map where you can follow the practitioner’s journey to you.
  1. Yes. You’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message when the practitioner is close to your location.
  2. You can also monitor progress in real-time without refreshing the page.
  1. If you need to change location, contact the practitioner via chat or WhatsApp immediately.
  2. The system relies on your GPS or entered address to route the doctor, so accuracy is important.
  1. Yes. Use the Call or Chat buttons available on the tracking screen.
  2. These options are available as soon as a practitioner accepts and begins their trip.
  1. Yes. Live GPS tracking is only available for Home Consultations.
  2. Video and Phone consultations do not involve travel, so tracking is disabled for those types.
  1. Yes. After your consultation, the doctor can generate a medical certificate or sick note.
  2. It includes your name, diagnosis (if allowed), rest days, and the doctor’s signature.
  1. If your My Documents section is still being updated, the doctor will WhatsApp or email the PDF directly to you.
  2. You can also request the note from support if you didn’t receive it.
  1. Yes. Every certificate has a QR Code that links to a secure verification page.
  2. When scanned, it shows the official doctor’s name, patient ID number (partially masked), and consultation date.
  1. No. The PDF contains a unique ID number and encrypted QR Code.
  2. The QR Code matches your ID number and request ID, making it impossible to copy or fake.
  3. Any employer or third party can scan and verify its authenticity instantly.
  1. Make sure the recipient scans the QR Code for verification.
  2. If there's any issue, ask them to visit the verification link shown on the note or contact our support team.
  1. Backdating is only allowed if the doctor agrees after reviewing your symptoms and timeline.
  2. All notes must be issued ethically and in line with HPCSA guidelines.
  1. Yes. If your condition requires medication, the doctor will issue a digital prescription in PDF format.
  2. It includes your name, ID, consultation details, and medication list.
  1. Prescriptions are saved in your My Documents section.
  2. If there’s any issue, it will also be WhatsApped or emailed to you by the doctor.
  1. Yes. The prescription is accepted at all pharmacies across South Africa.
  2. It includes the doctor’s name, practice number, HPCSA number, and official signature.
  1. Each prescription has a unique QR Code printed on it.
  2. When scanned, the QR shows:
    • ✅ Doctor’s full name
    • ✅ Our platform link: www.mzansidoctors.com
    • ✅ A secure verification number (e.g. CERT-1749202945963)
  3. This confirms the document is genuine and issued through our platform.
  1. No. The QR Code is digitally linked to your ID and request ID.
  2. When scanned, it opens a live verification page hosted on mzansidoctors.com.
  3. This ensures no screenshot or edited file can be reused or faked.
  1. Most pharmacies accept digitally signed prescriptions.
  2. If not, ask them to scan the QR Code or contact our support team to verify it instantly.
