Yes — live GPS is only used for Home Consultations.

1. Yes. Certificates are issued at your clinician’s discretion.
2. Included in the consultation price (no extra fee).

1. Each certificate PDF contains a QR code and unique ID for secure verification.
2. Scanning confirms authenticity and issuing practitioner details (with personal data minimised).

1. If clinically indicated, you’ll receive a digital prescription (PDF).

Scripts include practitioner credentials, signature, and a QR code for verification by pharmacies nationwide.

1. Securely online via our payment gateway (cards/EFT options may be available).
2. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Invoices are auto‑saved in My Documents after payment.

Some clinicians support medical‑aid claims; availability and tariffs vary. You may receive a statement for reimbursement or the clinician may claim directly.

Each consultation is approximately 15–69 minutes and includes a medical certificate/sick note and prescription if clinically appropriate.

• Encryption in transit, secure storage, and security monitoring are applied.
• We use vetted service providers with data‑protection terms.
